Our work often begins where formal responsibilities end: departments and divisions must focus on their core tasks in order to effectively fulfill their duties. However, we find the best solutions when we think beyond the boundaries of our responsibilities—when we think in a networked way. We must give ourselves that freedom. We must not shy away from the effort required.
